In case of problem with a package, the customer must keep the packaging and the item(s). The buyer has a period of 7 working days from the date of receipt of the products, to return the products ordered and obtain a refund. Returns will be accepted or not depending on the conditions in which they are received. It will be scrupulously checked if the products have not been opened and if they are in perfect condition. Only these conditions can be the object of a return.
